Counting event for the Ladies and Juniors league points, 1 lap this time for the NC/15 Old 9.4 course

With a rather breezy evening there was uncertainty of PB’s from the chatter pre race, but windsock did predict it should be a good night with the only main headwind on the decent and rolling section back into Lamport from the airfield straight, so it was a night for those to tuck in and dig deep.

The event was missing Eddie Hennah in the line up of junior riders, but that didn’t stop the friendly rivalry between Lucas and Jake. In the ladies it was just Sue racing her own time and seeing how the birthday week times tumble as they do in previous years. For Sue it wasn’t a PB, but it  was in the same 23’s, abiet the late rather than the beginning!

David Robinson has now got the bug again, and it gave some competition to Chris Old, with them finishing seconds apart. Overall fastest on the night was guest rider Tony Brown, with a strong ride of 21:26.
