Because of the freezing overnight temperatures, I (Andy Parker) decided to shift last Sunday’s training ride to Zwift. Joined by Steve Webster, Cyril Burgess, a recovering Haythem Rashid and Adam Churchill, we rode some 60km on the corkscrew (Tire Bouchon) in North West France.
It may not be like riding on the road but at least it keeps us ticking over and the comradery of having friends riding with you makes a difference.
