25-08-16 Old 9.4M TT

The last of this years KCC full length TT's was held on Thursday night around the 9.4 mile course at Old. Conditions were almost perfect with a warm evening and virtually no wind.
Gavin Hinxman took the overall win with the same time as last week a 20.30 still shy of the course record by only 11 seconds. With David Robinson doing time keeping duties the way was clear for Tony Brown to take 2nd with a 21.47. Mark Weathersby made one of his occasional breaks from Triathlons to take 3rd place with a 22.34. Fastest road bike as well as fastest junior in his first ever TT was Josh Brown with a 25.50. With times like that Josh is sure to be making inroads into the seniors next season. Fastest lady was Maria Gent with a 27.17 knocking over a minute from her previous PB in the process. Also PB'n was Alan Spencer making the switch from Road to his shiny new TT bike for only the 2nd time.
